We are looking for Social Media Analyst. Social Media Analysts monitor conversations with and between consumers through a number of online channels and social media platforms. They will need to be insightful and logical to place each conversation in context and identify its antecedents. Their capacity to develop strategies to build relations around a brand and generate interaction is key, as well as their knowledge of the latest technologies and platforms that people use to express themselves.
University degree in Digital Marketing/Communications or similar studies
Related work experience (2-3 years) social media management with either a digital media agency (preferred) or an FMCG organisation.
Excellent communication skills, keen Twitter/FB/Instagram/Snapchat user, ability to create compelling content. Experience in managing content calendars and multiple stakeholders.
