Personal Assistant

CCA International


To provide a professional and efficient support service to the Head of UK Operations, and London Site Director on a day to day basis, ensuring the management of their diaries and supporting them with administrative and organisational activities.



  • Proactive calendar management, including co-ordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging all travel such as flights, hotels, trains, taxi’s and visa’s including preparing  detailed itineraries
  • First point of contact on all internal and external matters for the Head of UK Operations, and Site Director;
  • Receive and attend to visitors coming to meet the Head of UK Operations and Site Director; and ensure to be available prior to any meeting to ensure all logistics and documents are prepared if required;
  • Provide administration support on various projects including preparing PowerPoint and other presentation materials;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, and key stakeholders;
  • Word processing documents, including letters, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentations;
  • Support with Senior Management Team and Group Managers with any project work;
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Contributing to discussions on how to improve engagement;
  • Undertake research into best practice and maintain a sound working knowledge of employee engagement;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


Must be able to travel and work from other offices as and when required in line with business needs.

£20,000 – £23,000 per annum, plus other benefits



37.5 per week, between the hours of 8am – 10pm Monday – Sunday. Standard Office hours are 9:30am and 6pm Monday – Friday, but are flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Key Competencies:

  • Notable secretarial and administration experience at Director level (E);
  • Experience gained within a busy, fast-paced environment (E);
  • Skilled in managing international travel and scheduling diaries (E);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels (E);
  • Highly skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word & Powerpoint (E);
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner (E);
  • Good time management and organisation skills (E);
  • Punctual and flexible with the ability to multi-task (E);
  • Ability to work under conflicting pressures and manage relationships (E);
  • Work without close supervision and use own initiative to answer routine queries (E);
