Once a ticket is raised, our team will arrange returns and organise shipments. When a retailer opens a new point of sale, or renews an existing one, all questions relating to equipment are managed through our team, such as start-up, installation and configuration.

For example, we support a large fast-food chain with several hundred restaurants in nearly a dozen countries, and have set up a single-window system in French, Flemish and Russian, providing front and back office support from A-Z for all tills, network printers and TPE. Training and specific staff development programs to meet retailer point-of-sale needs were conducted to ensure quality of support.
